Patagonia, a company that produces sustainable clothing from ethically sourced materials has released a short documentary about hemp and its misconceptions.
MISUNDERSTOOD: A Brief History of Hemp in the US touches on the past, present and future of the crop through activities and industry leaders across the country. Our co-founder, Alyssa Erickson, had the opportunity to participate in the film and was featured on behalf of the state. Watch the full 15-minute documentary above.
Misunderstood was produced by Little Village Films for Patagonia. We were honored to be included in this project, and want to thank Catherine, Campbell and team for their amazing work, in addition to the the staff of Senator McConnell for recommending us to be in the documentary, and the Kentucky Horse Park for coordinating a place to film!
